Case Questions
What types of cases do you handle?
We handle cases before all Saudi courts including: Personal Status Court, Commercial Court, Enforcement Court, Criminal Court, General Court, Labor Court, and notary and declaration matters. View all practice areas.
How long does a case typically take?
Duration varies significantly by case type and complexity. Generally:
- Enforcement cases: 3–9 months.
- Personal status cases: 4–12 months.
- Commercial cases: 6–18 months at first instance.
- Labor cases: 3–8 months.
These are estimates and don't include appeal stages. We'll provide a tailored estimate after initial assessment.
Do you guarantee a case outcome?
No. The Saudi Law of Practice of Law prohibits lawyers from guaranteeing a judicial outcome, as results depend on factors outside a lawyer's control (evidence, judicial interpretation, applicable laws). What we guarantee: full professional effort, deadline compliance, transparency, and the strongest available legal strategy based on case facts.
What should I bring to the first consultation?
For an effective consultation, it helps to have:
- A brief written description of your matter.
- All relevant documents (contracts, correspondence, notices, judgments).
- Timeline of important events.
- Any prior decisions from judicial or administrative bodies.
- Your national ID or company commercial registration.
Can you decline to take a case?
Yes. We decline cases that conflict with professional ethics, present a conflict of interest, or where we don't see real legal prospects — in the latter case we tell the client frankly rather than spending their time and fees fruitlessly.
Fees and Payment
How much does a consultation cost?
Single consultations start from SAR 500. Full fee details are on the Membership page. The initial introductory call is free.
Can fees be paid in installments?
Yes, for cases exceeding SAR 15,000 we offer flexible plans on 3 or 4 installments tied to case progress stages.
Are fees VAT inclusive?
No. All listed prices exclude VAT (15%) which is added to the invoice.
What if the case settles early?
A fair fee reconciliation is conducted based on stages actually performed, with full documentary transparency.
Do fees include government charges?
No. Court fees, expert fees, certified translation, and bailiff costs are paid by the Client directly or reimbursed to LEXIUM with original receipts in a separate invoice.
What payment methods are available?
We currently accept bank transfers only. Each payment is issued an official tax invoice. Additional payment methods will be added soon.

I forgot my password — what do I do?
From the login page click "Forgot Password" — a recovery link valid for one hour will be sent via email. If you don't receive it, check spam folder or contact support@lexium.sa.
Can I upload sensitive documents?
Yes. Your documents are stored securely and no one outside your legal team can access them. We support PDF, Word, and image files.

Is my information fully confidential?
